Our menus are always evolving.  We follow the seasons.  As our local gardens produce, the menu will reflect the freshest and highest ingredients available.  One cut of meat or a certain fish may become unavailable, so we change.

For this reason, what you find listed here may be different on the day you arrive.  What we hope you will have your heart set upon is knowing that each dish on that day's menu tries to celebrate the freshest, tastiest treats we can prepare.  And that you won't be disappointed as we 'go with the flow'.
