20 Wall Street Asheville, NC 28801 LOCAL DIRECTIONS to 20 Wall Street, Asheville, NC 28801 - From GROVE PARK INN: Come down MACON AVENUE to CHARLOTTE STREET. Turn left onto Charlotte. Continue on Charlotte until you pass over I-240. Go to the first intersection that you can turn RIGHT. Turn right onto COLLEGE STREET. Continue through the center of downtown. Turn right on OTIS STREET, which is the sixth traffic light, counting from the intersection of College St. and Biltmore Avenue/Broadway. From BILTMORE AVENUE: Come up the hill on BILTMORE AVENUE/HENDERSONVILLE ROAD to the intersection of BILTMORE & COLLEGE STREET. Look for the BB&T building on left (tall office building) and the 7 story I.M. Pei designed Biltmore Building on right. Turn LEFT onto College and go five (5) traffic lights after you turn off Biltmore Ave. Turn RIGHT onto OTIS. From AIRPORT/HENDERSONVILLE: Take I-26 WEST and follow signs to Asheville. I-26 will merge into I-240 EAST to Asheville. Cross Smoky Park Highway Bridge (wide 5 lane bridge - Downtown straight ahead). Exit DOWNTOWN, PATTON AVENUE. Follow Patton Avenue to the Central Business District. Just past the National Climatic Center on the left, (modern glass and stone facade) turn left at traffic light onto OTIS STREET. WALL STREET is immediately right, it looks like a sidewalk, but is open to one lane traffic. The Market Place is 100 yards on the right. PARKING is just past the entrance to Wall St. in the Otis Parking Garage. From TUNNEL ROAD: Come through the BEAUCATCHER MTN. TUNNEL. Look towards downtown and find the BB&T Building. Follow COLLEGE ST./TUNNEL ROAD to the intersection of BILTMORE AVENUE & COLLEGE STREET. Continue five (5) traffic lights after this intersection and turn right onto OTIS. From EAST ASHEVILLE: Take I-40 West to I-240 WEST, exit CHARLOTTE STREET, turnn left onto CHARLOTTE. Continue on Charlotte until you pass over I-240. Go to the first intersection that you can turn RIGHT. Turn right onto COLLEGE STREET. Continue through the center of downtown. Turn right on OTIS STREET, which is the sixth traffic light, counting from the intersection of College St. and Biltmore Avenue/Broadway. |
